Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and personal care products, used or opened products are not eligible for return.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
